• Products and prices: all prices shown on this page are in EUR and, unless otherwise stated, are VAT excluded. Shipping and any additional charges may be confirmed before final order acceptance.
• Orders: sending a payment request or purchase request does not automatically constitute acceptance by the seller. Orders may be subject to availability, technical validation, and final confirmation.
• Payments: payment services may be provided by external processors such as PayPal or card gateways. Payment data is handled by the relevant provider according to its own terms and privacy policy.
• Shipping and delivery: delivery times are indicative unless expressly confirmed in writing. Risk, title, customs, insurance, and Incoterms for international/B2B shipments should be specified in the final commercial confirmation.
• B2B sales: if the customer acts as a business, professional, laboratory, research entity, or distributor, statutory consumer withdrawal rights may not apply.
• Consumer sales: where the buyer qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected, including any statutory warranty and withdrawal rights except where lawful exclusions apply.
• Returns and warranty: any defects, shipping damage, or non-conformity must be reported promptly by email.
• Warranty exclusions: warranty does not cover products repaired or tampered with by unauthorised third parties, improper use contrary to the user and maintenance manual, negligence, connection to an electrical network with voltage different from the required nominal value (±10% as provided by CEI standards), or removal/tampering of the identification label.
• Repairs: repairs are normally carried out at PRO-COM Alta Tecnologia s.r.l. headquarters or at authorised centres indicated by the company.
• Identification label: the adhesive label with serial number must remain intact and legible; the number allows access to the test database and the electrical test values of the device.
• Applicable law and jurisdiction: in case of dispute, the competent court will be Florence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules where applicable.
